Aerobics

AEROBIC EXERCISE is a movement that not only helps the children to keep fit, have stronger bones and muscles but be active in today’s world where children are least into outdoor games. These exercises play a vital role in a child’s growth as it helps keep their heart, lungs, and blood vessels healthy.  It also helps them retain or get to a healthy weight.

At GIIS we encourage the students to regularly participate in these physical activities in order to increase their stamina and to become more stronger and fitter.
